Clients' interests and needs are fully discussed and desired services are clearly identified. Services may be arranged on a short-term or continuing basis. Services are provided by William Cole and specific Associates approved by the client. Fees are charged at reasonable daily rates plus expenses. Special fees or retainers can be arranged for longer term projects, special or continuing assignments.
